My customer service experience was at a business process outsourcing (BPO) company. During my time there, I handled customer inquiries and provided technical support for a variety of businesses. I also developed relationships with customers, helping them understand the services provided by the organization and assisting in the resolution of any issues they had. I enjoyed working in this role because it allowed me to develop strong customer service skills and gave me the opportunity to provide value to customers.
I then moved into operations management at a small logistic company. In this role, I was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing staff, budgeting, and ensuring that processes ran smoothly and efficiently. I was also involved in developing strategies to improve operations and customer satisfaction. I enjoyed this role because it allowed me to use my creative problem-solving skills and utilize my knowledge of operations management.
And lastly as an executive assistant at a dental school, I provide administrative support to the senior staff, including managing calendars, emails, and scheduling appointments. I also handled the day-to-day operations of the school, such as making sure all paperwork was properly filed, ordering supplies, and handling any other tasks that required attention. Additionally, I was responsible for creating various reports for the senior staff, such as budget reports and progress updates. I enjoyed this role because I was able to help with various tasks that supported the smooth running of the school. Additionally, I was able to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and members of the wider school community.
I believe my previous experiences have provided me with the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful in any role. I am confident that I can bring value to the company and help it reach its goals.
